Istanbul born, Seyhan has spent over forty years in the hotel and restaurant industry where he was (and still is) a popular and well-respected character in places far spread - from London to Antalya to Aberdeen - and now Edinburgh. His vast knowledge, experience and passion for cuisine along with his relaxed style and flair for customer service is his trademark wherever he ventures. |
